Description
What? This training is the first in a series that will teach direct, hands-on practice for restoring balance to the pelvic floor muscles, tailbone, pelvic organ fascia, and the energetic flow of the central channel. This work I am sharing is an alchemy of craniosacral therapy, structural integration/Rolfing, myofascial release, and spiritual healing, it honors both the physical body and the subtle body. This body of work includes working all diaphragms and honors the body as a whole, and the relationships that serve our movements and creativity.
For practitioners, this gathering offers a safe and sacred space to journey inward for your own healing—awakening midline awareness through the pelvis and deepening your sacral connection with your pelvic center, womb, and the earth. You will explore assessment of pelvic floor function, internal pelvic floor balancing, grounding energy, and the art of opening and closing sessions with presence and ease.
You will leave with new and harmonious depth of presence in your own pelvis and central channel. You’ll have completed the first round of learning the skills and confidence to support clients in opening to what has long felt hidden or out of reach, and to guide them in meeting that energy with safety, clarity, and compassion. We build on this in level 2 and 3.
