I am a lover of the sea and the wind. I am a mother, so grateful, and I thrive in movement and dance, song, and the discovery of the briny deep of what it is to be human. I am endlessly curious about spiritual and shamanic traditions, ceremony, and their worldwide roots and interconnectedness.

My work flows as a naturopathic physician, healer, and teacher. I’ve been in practice since 2003 and have received training in multiple forms of bodywork and spiritual healing. I am deeply connected with Norse healing traditions and bring this through sessions and trainings in the form of animistic shamanism.

I love helping people touch what’s wild and reconnect with the inner flame of aliveness. I’ve been teaching bodywork techniques for more than 10 years and am feeling very excited as I expand my classes. We are entering and living in times that require the wisdom of the ancestors, the old ways, and new and different frequencies of work.
We are
