I am a lover of the sea and the wind. I am a mother, so grateful, and I enjoy movement and dance, song, and the briny deep of what it is to be human. I am endlessly curious about spiritual shamanic traditions, ceremony, and their worldwide roots and interconnectedness.
I am a physician, healer, and teacher with training in multiple forms of bodywork and spiritual healing. Through heart-spirit-centered intention and potent modalities, I help guide you to your creative and fertile center.
For over two decades, I have had the honor of bringing my heart and hands, helping people access their healing, remembering their animal body and belonging. I’ve been teaching bodywork techniques for more than 10 years and am excited to expand this as timelines shift and we enter new cycles, as we need and can have access to different frequencies of work.
