The energy we are made from holds a well of possibility for rebirth.
The healing process is unique for each person and is activated through the use of gentle plant medicines, deeply connected bodywork, shamanic healing, ceremony and prayers.
When we work together, I guide and support the transfer of energy to allow for the creation of a neutral grounded space. In this space, emotions are discharged gently and energy is allowed to react and respond in a way that involves the heart.
My individual offerings include structural integration based on the work of Ida Rolf; pelvic diaphragm / internal pelvic attunement; healing after a loss of heart (any); sacred tea ceremonies; and harmony rebalancing through energetic field clearing & rebuilding of the psycho-spiritual plane.
